We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery of any custom orders. Gilded cardholders, gilded alphabet sets, and any blocks from our vintage outlet will ship faster as they're ready to send. Depending on your location and when you place your order, we may be able to ship out for Christmas arrival. If you need your gilded blocks by a certain date, please email us and we'll try our best to accommodate you. Thanks for your patience and support of our little shop!

All orders are sent via USPS. We're happy to ship internationally. If you need an item right away, contact us and we'll definitely try to get you the order in time.

All sales are final (we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges.) We do our best to describe each item with great detail, through photography and copy, as accurately as possible. Since we cannot photograph each and every letter block and cardholder, the photos shown are models representing what you'll receive. Please note that each gilded piece is vintage or handmade, and therefore one-of-a-kind, so there will be slight variations and slight imperfections. That being said, we want you to be happy, so email us with any questions or concerns. If you are unsure about an item, please contact us with questions before making your purchase. If an item is damaged through shipping, please let us know within 5 days.

Our shop uses Paypal for payment, which automatically encrypts your confidential information using the highest level secure encryption. We collect an 8.875% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in New York state. If you live in a NY County with a different sales tax rate, feel free to email us, and we'll happily credit you back the difference in Paypal. Thank you!
